I have been incredibly impressed with the care my 9-year-old daughter received from Mr Pepper. From the outset, he was warm, professional and reassuring, and I felt completely confident in his expertise.
I’m particularly grateful to Mr Pepper for prioritising my daughter’s procedure and arranging it sooner than initially anticipated. She had been left in pain following incomplete treatment elsewhere, so having her seen and treated so quickly meant a great deal to us.
The whole process was seamless. From my initial contact with Mr Pepper’s secretary, to securing a consultation within just a few days and having the procedure arranged within a week, everything was handled efficiently and with genuine care. We also had an excellent experience at Cromwell Hospital, where all the staff were friendly and attentive.
Mr Pepper transformed what started as a traumatic experience at my local dentist, into a positive, calm experience for my daughter. I’m extremely grateful for the care she received and would highly recommend Mr Pepper for his exceptional care and expertise.

Mr Pepper was an amazing surgeon. I am so so pleased with these life changing results. My facial proportions have improved massively even my nose has improved! My breathing also has improved as I struggled with my sinuses. He checked in on me a week after my surgery to see how I was getting on and give me the heads up things would start to improve from my recovery as the first week is the hardest part but after the first week things really did start to improve. Good luck to anyone that has the surgery and know you are in very safe hands. 🙌🏻 thank you again for everything!

I was recently referred to Dr Tom Pepper to have my tongue piercing removed after tissue had grown over the bottom sphere, making a normal removal impossible.
I was extremely anxious beforehand, but Dr Pepper and the wonderful nurse supporting him made the entire experience so much easier. They explained each step clearly, checked in with me throughout, and were consistently caring and reassuring.
Thanks to their calm, professional approach, what I feared would be a traumatic procedure turned out to be completely manageable.
I am genuinely grateful for their kindness and expertise.

I really can’t thank Dr Pepper enough. I was going through one of the hardest things I’ve ever been put through and was extremely worried that my face may never look the same after an accident I had only 3/4 weeks ago. My face looks completely back to normal, (bar some swelling) I am amazed at the results.
He is professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable and a true expert in his field. Thank you Dr Pepper and the Kings College Hospital team.
